I think I got all of them! On a personal note, we are moving tomorrow, so if I'm not as quick to answer emails in the next few days, that's why. We will have internet immediately upon arriving at our new home, so I will try to stay on top of things, but as you all know, packing up and unpacking a house is no small task.
