Happy Friday Everyone! Well, the school year approaches here in Michigan. Only a few more days left and it's back to school. We got back this week from a nice trip out to AZ to visit family. We took the boys up to the Grand Canyon for the first time and also went to Sunset Crater National Park and the Lowell Observatory. New Beginnings: August!

Hello Everyone! You might notice I'm a day later this week. We just got back from a fabulous week with family at a beach cottage on Lake Michigan. It is truly paradise. We took hundreds of photos so hopefully I can get around to scrapping some soon. Of course I'm a proud mama, so here are my two handsome boys this week at the beach. It's been awhile since I've posted any photos of them. They are growing up so quickly!

New Beginnings: Quotables

Happy Friday Everyone! We've had a busy week heading up VBS for our church and now we are getting ready for a beach vacation (to gorgeous Lake Michigan) with my family. We are definitely ready for a vacation! I know a lot of you are getting back to the school routine or close to it. In Michigan we don't start school until Sept. 8 so we are still in summer mode here.

I don't know about you, but my kids are always saying the funniest things, and I always think I should write that down and scrap it, but I don't. Can I make a suggestion?
